Everyone’s favorite Managing Partner, Kelly Ramsden, has been honored with a 2021 Customer Service Award for Enabling Clients and Employees to Work Safely During the Pandemic. Throughout the pandemic, Kelly worked relentlessly to ensure that her clients were fully supported with the services they required. She also created new service plans to address clients’ financial challenges and attract new business.
She pivoted rapidly at the outset of the pandemic. Kelly implemented dozens of new measures to promote the health, safety, and productivity of Office Edge and Legal Edge Services clients and staff each day. And she pivoted again as businesses began returning to normal operations in 2021.
With a focus on enabling clients and employees to work safely, as well as comfortably and productively, her leadership during the pandemic has been truly inspired. Kelly also won a 2020 Customer Service award for outstanding leadership during the pandemic. In addition, she was honored to be included in the 2022 Women of Distinction Honors Edition published by Nationwide Registries.
