October 8, 2020. Today, Legal Edge Services and Office Edge announced that Kelly Ramsden, Managing Partner, has won multiple awards at the 2020 Customer Sales & Service Awards. Among the awards announced on October 6, 2020, Ms. Ramsden has won:

Gold Award for creativity in executive leadership, enabling her company to meet the unexpected challenges of 2020.
Silver Award for business role model of the year, maintaining outstanding client service by leading, doing, and teaching.
Throughout 2020, Kelly has maintained constant vigilance to ensure that all clients are fully supported, and employees are able to continue working, while promoting their mutual health and safety on a daily basis. She has led the transformation of Legal Edge Services and Office Edge during this challenging year by creating new ways to safely serve hundreds of clients, both in our offices and in their home offices; to manage evolving client needs and continue to develop new business; and to effectively mentor and nurture her client services team.
